What is loose-leaf tea?
Loose-leaf tea is a form of tea that produces deeper flavors and intense aromas that tea bags cannot produce. It typically consists of larger leaves which means the product is less processed than the powdered, bagged alternative. When you make a cup of tea with loose-leaf blends, there's no plastic tea bag limiting the infusion of those luxurious flavors into your favorite mug.

Design Decisions
This tea brand started as an eco-friendly concept. Most tea companies on supermarket shelves are packaged in the average tea bag, but Royal Tea Co. is meant to stand out for its eco-friendly packaging. While researching for this project I learned that loose-leaf tea is less harmful to humans and the environment since it contains less microplastics. Royal Tea Co. uses unconventional and refreshing bright colors to outshine its competitors that are using packaging of the past. The bright and energetic aesthetic will attract consumers who are looking for a new tea that benefits more than just themselves.
