It's me, the human behind the design!
Hi there, I'm Olivia Licameli. I'm a New York native and current third-year graphic design student at Rochester Institute of Technology. I'm also working toward a minor in Craft and Material Studies. I enjoy all forms of design, but some of my favorites include branding, UX/UI, and packaging. I love to experiment, break rules, and spark joy with everything I do. I want my work to create connections and make design more human.
As you have probably seen from my Fun Stuff page, I'm more than a design machine. I'm an artist, cook, weightlifter, and animal lover. I enjoy exploring other creative outlets and most recently I have fallen in love with glassblowing, and it has changed how I approach my design process. I'm a student at heart, so I never want to stop learning from the people and the world around me.
For me, design is all about social impact and human connection. My work balances artistic expression and functionality, and most of all I want it to make people think a little deeper. Even if my work impacts just one person, I'd be happy. I design for those who want to see something fresh and funky!
